This magical soup will help you lose 12-18 pounds in only 1 week!

One of the biggest enemies of all people is obesity. This is due to the fact that it can cause various health problems. 2. Lipton Onion Soup mix – 1oz
3. Diced tomatoes – 16oz can

7. Salt and pepper
8. Green onions – 6 large

Instructions:
First you need to put all ingredients in a pot filled with water. Put the stove on high heat in order to boil it quickly and then reduce it to simmer. Boil it for maximum of 10 minutes.

Here is another organic diet cabbage soup recipe:
1. Bell pepper – 1
2. Onion – 1
3. Garlic – 1 bulb
4. Cabbage – 1
5. Herbs
6. Leek – 1
7. Tomatoes – 2lbs
8. Kombu seaweed – 1
9. Shiitake mushrooms – 1
10. Pepper and salt

Instructions: You will need coconut oil in order to sauté all vegetables except the cabbage and tomatoes. In another pot put the tomatoes and cabbage and fill it with water. Heath the mixture up to boil point, and afterwards add the remaining ingredients and reduce it and leave it to simmer for 5 minutes. After it is ready for use feel free to season as you wish.

Here is the 7 day diet plan:

1st day: you should only eat fruits and the soup, but remember to consume lots of water. Also you should drink cranberry juice, kombucha or unsweetened tea. If you can, try to use more watermelon and cantaloupe, but try to avoid bananas

2nd day: this day is reserved only for soup and vegetables, but you should avoid corn, dry beans, and peas. Rather you should consume green and leafy vegetables. For dinner consider preparing yourself one buttered potato. Remember this day not to consume any fruits.

3rd day: consume soup, fruits and vegetables, but remember to exclude the buttered potato for dinner. By this time you might already lose 5-7lbs

4th day: this day you can eat as many bananas you want, but you should consume lots of water. Also consume the soup. If you start feeling cravings for sweet, consider eating carbohydrates, proteins, calcium and potassium.
